• Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

• Non-Returnable Items: Currently, all items sold by Bistro Life are eligible for return. We do not have any final sale items.

Free Return Shipping

• All returns are covered by free return shipping. We will provide a pre-paid return label to make the process as smooth as possible.

Refunds

• Processing Time: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

• Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued in cases where items are returned damaged, used, or missing parts.

Exchanges

• We do not currently offer automatic exchanges. If you would like a replacement, please return your original item and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Damaged or Faulty Items

4. Affix the return label and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
