How to Track Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Steps to Track Your Order:

  1. Open the shipping confirmation email from Bistro Life.

  2. Click on the tracking link provided.

  3. Enter your tracking number if prompted.

  4. Monitor your order in real-time until it arrives at your doorstep.

Shipping Timeline

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: 2–4 business days within the UK

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order appears delayed or your tracking link isn’t updating:

  • Check the estimated delivery time provided by the carrier.

  • We will assist you in locating your order and provide a solution if needed.

Important Notes

  • Make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays.

  • Orders cannot be tracked until they are shipped from our warehouse.
